UX Designer — Digital Experience

Role Summary

Design intuitive, accessible digital experiences for enterprise AEM and Experience Cloud implementations, from wireframes through production-ready component specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for AEM implementations
• Design responsive component libraries aligned with AEM editable templates
• Conduct usability testing and accessibility audits (WCAG 2.1)
• Collaborate with developers on component specification and design QA
• Contribute to design system documentation and governance

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX design experience for enterprise web platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Understanding of AEM component architecture and editable templates
• Portfolio demonstrating enterprise-scale design work
• WCAG accessibility design experience
