Role Summary

Lead Hayagreeva's managed services practice, overseeing platform operations for multiple enterprise clients and building the team, processes, and tooling for scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead managed services delivery for 5+ enterprise AEM/Experience Cloud clients
  • Define SLAs, operating procedures, and escalation frameworks
  • Manage and grow the managed services engineering team
  • Drive service improvement initiatives and client satisfaction metrics
  • Develop managed services offerings and contribute to pre-sales activities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in platform operations or managed services
  • 3+ years of AEM platform administration or managed services leadership
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Strong client relationship and team leadership skills
  • Experience defining and meeting enterprise SLA commitments
