Business Analyst — MarTech
Role Summary
Bridge business requirements and technical solutions for MarTech and Adobe platform engagements, ensuring delivered solutions meet client business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for AEM and Experience Cloud projects
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams
- Facilitate workshops with client business and IT stakeholders
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management
- Analyze MarTech landscape and recommend platform optimization strategies
Requirements
- 4+ years of business analysis experience in digital or MarTech projects
- Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud and content management concepts
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- CBAP or similar certification a plus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
