Role Summary

Bridge business requirements and technical solutions for MarTech and Adobe platform engagements, ensuring delivered solutions meet client business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements for AEM and Experience Cloud projects
  • Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams
  • Facilitate workshops with client business and IT stakeholders
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management
  • Analyze MarTech landscape and recommend platform optimization strategies

Requirements

  • 4+ years of business analysis experience in digital or MarTech projects
  • Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud and content management concepts
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • CBAP or similar certification a plus
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
